Our Guarantee
All rhizomes are freshly dug, trimmed, cleaned and labeled. We ship our irises out promptly after processing and order confirmation. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us upon receipt of your order. We recommend planting the received rhizomes between July and October depending on your climate. If you live in an early winter climate, we recommend you plant as soon as possible so the rhizomes can get established before the first frost. If you live in a harsh summer climate with mild winters, we recommend you wait until September or October. We are not responsible for loss due to winter, soil conditions, or any other condition out of our control.
Shipping
We use the most economical shipping available. Shipping starts at $10 and increases with weight accordingly. We will have orders shipped in order of receipt. We will do our best to have orders out late July. Rhizomes are not sealed in packaging until the day of shipping. Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days.
Substitutes and Refunds
We will never substitute any rhizomes in your order without your permission. Irises are on a first-come, first-served basis. If for any reason, you need to cancel your order, it may be done up until the shipping process has begun. There will be a 5% fee on all cancelled orders due to unrecoverable expenses.
Bonuses
We see bonuses as a thank you to all of our customers. We deeply appreciate each customer and order and send bonuses with orders as a sign of gratitude. Bonuses are added based on the order value. We do our best to inspect each invoice and pick bonuses that we think each customer would appreciate.
